Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and professional from scheduling my service to onsite. Mike Boyle was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He called in advance to let me know he was on his way, showed up as anticipated and installed a new weather strip and performed a garage door tune-up in a timely manner. He informed me of what things we need to anticipate repairing in the future with quotes on those items as I requested. We would use Precision Doors again in the future. We received very professional service.

Very pleased! Jeremy the tech who serviced my garage door was so kind, friendly explained what needed to be done, not pushy at all! I wasn't able to fix everything right away but Jeremy fixed my garage door...works perfect. The other minor repairs will follow later. I heard about Precision on Q105.5..Mason Dixion show in the morning and "WOW" everything they say about Precision is so true and beyond!

Mr. Soto was very patient and explained all the details of what our options were. The work was able to be completed the same day and there was no added clean-up for us. I was very pleased with the service right from the time when I called the Office. The staff was friendly and accommodated my preferred date for service. A call was received in advance as to the name of the Tech that would be handling my service call. Jimmy was very friendly and helpful in giving me the information needed to select the right opener for my garage door. He provided an over view of what was done and how to use the features of the opener. The space was cleaned after he was done with the service. I would definitely recommend Precision. I went from a "rock concert" noise level and a door that had a mind of its own; to an extremely quite garage door system that opens and closes when I need it to.
