Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and professional from scheduling my service to onsite. Mike Boyle was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He called in advance to let me know he was on his way, showed up as anticipated and installed a new weather strip and performed a garage door tune-up in a timely manner. He informed me of what things we need to anticipate repairing in the future with quotes on those items as I requested. We would use Precision Doors again in the future. We received very professional service.

Very pleased! Jeremy the tech who serviced my garage door was so kind, friendly explained what needed to be done, not pushy at all! I wasn't able to fix everything right away but Jeremy fixed my garage door...works perfect. The other minor repairs will follow later. I heard about Precision on Q105.5..Mason Dixion show in the morning and "WOW" everything they say about Precision is so true and beyond!

Mr. Soto was very patient and explained all the details of what our options were. The work was able to be completed the same day and there was no added clean-up for us. I was impressed with the high number of favorable ratings as well as the high standing on Angie's List. It was also impressive to me that I called on a Saturday evening, knowing I was going out of town the next day, and finding out I could actually have the door repaired that same day. My repair technician was Keith Anderson. Keith was prompt, courteous, very helpful in explaining my options, letting me know what needed to be done and why, then giving me the cost breakdown. I'm very happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door.
