This was the second garage door opener that Precision installed for me. Brian the tech did a great job and explained all the new hardware operations. Since my wife was not home when he had completed the install he talked me through the setup on the phone for my wife’s car remote opener operation. I will only use Precision for future garage door issues.

Adam M. was such a personable guy who took the time to explain concerns and made recommendations. I was also looking for a battery-backup opener for peace of mind as a double garage door is too heavy for me to mess around with during a power outage. He showed me options available along with pricing so I could make an informed decision. After installation, he gave me a tutorial on the new opener. It is so amazing how quiet the door now runs compared to the old one. Precision has been my go to before this visit and will be in future as well. Thanks for a great job Adam M.!

Everyone has a different set of priorities. Mine is PROFESSIONALISM in service. Prestige has lived up to their name from scheduling my estimate, to follow up, advance notice of the installation, non-cluttered work area, full review of operation of the doors and openers as well as maintenance tips. Since my install I had a problem they responded to immediately and adjusted without a service call fee or charge. I'm a very picky client and I wouldn't consider anyone else for what they do. THANKS!

I had a new spring and door opener install several weeks ago by Mike Fanning. He was very professional, hard working and did a great job. Last week I heard a clanging sound that wasn't there when Mike left. I called and was immediately given a date and time. ( next day). Travis called and then arrived shortly thereafter. He was very pleasant young man. He found the problem (minor) and made the repair. I am very impressed with Precision

I heard a loud noise when I raised the garage door. Thankfully the door opened completely. I immediately called Precision Garage Door. The technician actually called to say he could come earlier than scheduled. He replaced the springs and wheels on the door and instructed me on how and where to lubricate the parts. He arrived with a mask on. Once he looked at the door, he provided me with 2 options and didn't push the more expensive one. He was done in a few hours, cleaned everything up before he left. He was very pleasant and courteous the entire time.
