Craig was the consummate professional. Called ahead so we knew when he would arrive. Troubleshot the problem and recommended replacement. Ours was a very old unit so he performed some much needed work on the door, etc. to make sure we wouldn’t have Followup problems. HIGHLY recommended. We were thoroughly satisfied and would recommend the company to anyone. Craig deserves a raise!

All I needed was to have the chain restrung to operate the door. Instead, the tech sought to convince me to replace ervery moving part of the system at a cost of several thousand dolloars. I only agreed to replace the main spring and bearings which, even though he agreed he would show me the worn bgearings, he never did. This suggests they did not need replacing, and I now doubt the spring did, either. After receiving an invoice of nearly $900, I regret having agreed to any service. In hindsight believe I was scammed, and will never patronize your company again. The single star is due to the fact the tech showed up on short notice when the dispatcher said he would.

We had great experience with Chris Burge (Sale person) and Justin Scott (Installer) for my new garage door installation. Chris was very respectful and wrote down every details what we requested on our quote. I was able to reach him anytime and he returned my call right away every time. Justin was very skillful and tidy on his installation. He noticed the bottom gap right after installation. He immediately called his office for new part ( 5 inched bottom rubber) and got the appointment the next morning to fix this issues. When the main spring broke on our garage door this morning about 10:30am, I called Precision, a company we had used before with great results. Their man, Brian Harmon, was at our house by 12 Noon. He explained why the spring had eventually broken and not only replaced it in a matter of less that two hours, but also did a very thorough job of doing a little preventive maintenance on our other door--no charge there. He left me with a new can of lubrication and showed me where to use it periodically on the proper parts of the door. Brian was an incredibly courteous and pleasant young man to speak with and he kept me up to date on what he was doing at all times. He is a great representative of a company that we have used for almost fifteen years. I would recommend them both to anyone with a garage door problem.

Outstanding service! Within a few hours from my call, there was a service man at my home. Matthew Cipolla was the technician who solved all my garage door problems. We needed hinges replaced, springs, reinforcement brackets, reinforcement strut, and a new bottom seal. Matt reviewed the cost of repairs with me and all parts were with him in a fully stocked van. Not only were they extremely pleasant on the phone my tech explained all my options as far as additional work that I might want to have done the the future.I had my torsion springs replaced and sensors changed out in a little over 1.5 hours. I made numerous calls to other companies last week and for the most part they sounded like they were reading script - very impersonal! Precision will be my go to in the future.
