Noah's visit was to install a keypad, which he did. He also noticed the age of my garage door opener , we talked, he quoted me a price, and then he replaced the motor. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I called Precision because I have received excellent service by excellent employees on three or four occasions in the past. And I recommend Precision to anyone who mentions that they are having a problem with their garage door. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to be. Thank you for being there for me.

Impressive. Our two chain drive door openers were 15 years old and replacement parts unavailable. Noisy, sometimes sticking and slipping. Studied replacement options for months and finally called Precision. Tomislav (Tomi) arrived that afternoon, assessed the situation, discussed level or service/replacement options and together we made the decision to replace both units and the aging door springs. Can't say enough about Tomislav. Professional, articulate, and knowledgeable. He replaced both units, all door springs, worked until 8PM, cleaned up everything and provided a 7-year warranty for the units and his work. Units now operate better, and quieter, than when new. Well Done.

You salesman that came out sold us on the door opener. Being able to see how the door would look an operate on of his van was amazing. Our old garage door you could hear open an close in the entire house. This new one is so quiet you have to look to make sure it's closed. Awesome!! Your installation tech was also amazing an polite. Chris Carelas Was out And he did such a good job. I cannot tell you how happy I was with his knowledge and everything about him. He reset my garage door opener’s and he also sent my car to the garage door opener. I have been told the other garage door opener would not work on the same remote but he said it would and he fixed it right away. I am so pleased

We were pleased the door was fixed however it felt as if the tech didn’t want to assist us. He kept telling us we could look up the instructions on you tube on how to reset the battery. Little does he know we had done that already before we contacted anyone. The garage door is set and we are happy about that.

Mr. Tanner was polite, courteous. Jason and Jerry were also polite, tidy and played pleasant music while they worked. Jason explained all the places that need to be lubed 3 or 4 times a year. I was dismayed to learn from Mr. Tanner that Precision does not do electrical work at installation and that I would need to use an extension cord if I wanted a remote opener. I did not wish to do so.
