JERRY gave us an early phone call to alert us of the impending arrival of the Precision Garage Door Team, and to have the garage area clear of cars and obstacles. Upon JERRY and SHERMANS arrival, they were very professional and quick. Once the install was complete JERRY put the garage door “ through it’s paces “ and lubricated it thoroughly, and instructed me on bi-monthly lubrication points of the garage door.

Keith was so nice and informative on how to help maintain our garage door. He was on time and knew right away what the issue was and it was fixed and back to working within 20 minutes. Christian also came out a year ago and installed new springs and other parts and we were very pleased with that job as well. I will always use them for any garage door needs. Highly highly highly recommend them!

I’m a service technician and a do-it-yourselfer type but some things are best left to the professionals. I also read reviews before I select a product or company to use so I called Precision Garage Door Services because of their great ratings. I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. Chris P. came out and I am very grateful that he did! (By the way Chris, Thank You again for your service to our great country we live in!) Chris is a top notch professional that not only takes pride in his work, but is also apt and willing to teach. I am very impressed as I learned a lot about the in’s and out’s of garage doors! I had this door installed five years ago I’ve already replaced the springs and then today the bracket pulled out from the opener from the door and you wanted to sell me a new bracket for 125 reason being is the door is hur Hurricane door which is very heavy and the screws pulled out which he stated it was not your problem if you install have a door wouldn’t you upgrade the bracket you’re operating a scam

Garage door would not close using our new equipment. Called the office a technician arrived as promised. Problem was nothing to do with the new opener, the cold weather had knocked out the alignment of the light beam.The tech made a slight adjustment, explained what I should look for we double checked the system,everything performed correctly. Called on Sunday with non-emergency request, Matt came on Monday at the scheduled time. He knew the products I was interested in, and quickly and efficiently installed our new wifi and battery backup enabled opener, as well as updates to our rollers. He made sure all was working, including the opener in my car, on the wall, the remotes, and the app on my smartphone.
