My garage door torsion spring had broken, leaving it inoperable. I called precision and they came right out at my convenience. The Technician, Robert, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to replace the springs and bearings, which were completely worn out. The door now is working like new. Very pleased with the service, price and quality of parts.

10/09/23 Our garage door stopped working after 20 years. My husband figured it was the motor, called Precision Door Service today. Great service from the office staff - appointment same day. Stefani I. arrived fast, very knowledgeable, answered questions, had all material in his truck, completed job in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend "Precision" to our family & neighbors.

My garage door problem is solved and done so very well by a terrific young man named John. He was so professional, so intelligent and just so nice. He worked hard and constantly and made my really problem garage door work like a brand new door. I cannot say enough nice things about this young man. I have been looking for the information invoice on my computer that will let me know what all was done so if you have a chance to send it I would be so happy. Precision Garage Door always exceeds expectations when they come to check my garage door. The representative today was Michael Freeman as, is always, extremely knowledgable, professional and extremely courteous. ( even in the extreme heat warning given today) The representative has always given the best and most cost effective price on any repair that maybe needed. Response time when calling for any maintenance or repair is always quick. I will not use another company for my garage door needs.

I called Precision because the previous owner left paperwork that you installed the door. I was extremely happy that the clerk was able to schedule me for the same day that I called. The young man, Cody Johnson, arrived on time. He was just a really nice young man and was very helpful in explaining the service that the garage door needed and that he could make the needed service the same day. He was good at explaining what he was going to do and I appreciate that he made sure this older lady understood all that he was doing. I will absolutely recommend Precision to anyone who asks or needs your service.

On Sun., New Year's day I called to leave a message our door was not working and to my surprise they called back and sent a tech out that afternoon!! Ryan was very pleasant and replaced the motor under warranty but it still did not work, so he replaced it again with a larger motor and it works great!! The service and guarantee of Precision is heads above the rest, and we are spreading the good news to family/friends who may someday need to have their garage door fixed or replaced.

We had Precision come out and replace the sensors on our door a month ago and started having issues, when I called they came out same day and fixed our sensors with it completely covered under warranty.
