I chose Precision based on the good reviews of all the services they provide. Precision's staff and the installer (Mike Boyle) was very professional and very through in doing their job and making sure the customer was aware of what was taking place. My garage door opener was long overdue and had served us well, we had an original "Over Door" garage door opener installed when we had or home build 25 years ago, which finally died. I liked that Mike came in and did the necessary test to assure the remote/opener, etc had really died before quickly resorting to quickly trying to sell me a new garage door opener, like many companies try to do, before assessing the problem. Thus far I'm happy that I chose Precision for my garage door issue, and I will be recommending Precision to anyone I know that may have any garage issues. Thanks Precision and Mike.

Precision has done work in some of my family's property very satisfactory results, then I needed repair on my garage door, replaced springs etc, then yesterday called in the morning and got service 3 hours later It has always been extremely good service , technician very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. great job. replaced the motor. We have seen your ad on TV. We were impressed with how quickly we were able to get service, in fact arrived sooner than expected which was great. The service Tech Noah was a very polite and explained what was causing the problems with both doors.He went over everything with us including coast of repairs to be made. It was a positive experience and would recommend their service to others. Thanks Precision for being so helpful. What great service! I arrived home Thursday evening I could not get into my garage since I was in a golf car my car was inside. I called Precision Friday morning and they were at my house around 10:30. The spring broken, the roller was bad and I had broken cables hanging opener itself was shot. The technician explained and showed me everything needing repair or replacement. He was very thorough and competent. I had a new system before 2PM. I would recommend Precision to anyone whether it is an emergency or not.

The name says it all. Precision. Liked the fact that it was evening ,24/7, and worked around my schedule. Like the idea that they send a picture of the technician that will be taken care of you. Arnold is the man! This guy comes to my house late at night around 10pm on a Monday night to fix my garage door. Not only did he present me with different repair options, but he did the repair in less than two hours. He didn't just tell me what needed to be replaced and repaired but he explained to me why and its importance. The only downside is the parts I purchased and the labor were rather expensive--1800 total. However, I am certain that the quality of the parts and the quality of the work will eliminate any future stress of this issue reoccurring. I would definitely use them again and plan on recommending them to both my friends and relatives. Oh and I received a veteran discount. Any business who supports the military is a friend of mine.

All I needed was to have the opener repaired. The technician (who was a very pleasant fellow) came up with a price of just under $1,200.00 because he felt there was other items I needed, but I did not want them. So, I told him I was not going to do any repairs. Then he decided he could replace the "mother board" for $200 plus labor and I still said no. I paid the $49.95 service call and went online and found the "mother board" for $63.00 from the factory! Nice try, but no cigar.

Team was great, mission accomplished! I was able to easily and quickly schedule an appointment and get them out after the limited-feature builder-grade Opener failed (again). They had inventory and installed a new smart Opener very quickly. They fixed all the noise coming from the door and adjusted the tension in the springs. Door is quite and works like a charm! Great service and very professional team, thanks!

We had called for service on our garage door as there was something wrong with the electrical circuit or the door safety sensor that only allowed us to close the door from the main button and not the remotes. The technician that came told us we needed new springs, new rollers and a new circuit board-essentially a whole new system to the tune of $1600!!! Fortunately, we thanked him for his estimate and told him we would call back if we were interested in his services. He didn't even do a tune up on the system as he said it was not possible! Our next door neighbor saw that the technician was there and came over after he left . He identified the problem and fixed the sensor within minutes to allow for the door to work again properly!!! Unfortunately we can NOT recommend this company!
