Thank you Precision Door. Your Residential Technician Joshua Figueroa was excellent. He was very knowledgable and took the time to explain what was wron, how it most likely occured and gave us various options on what we needed and what each step would cost. Joshua was very timely on making our repair. Our fix although was rather expensive, but fair, and because of the type of tech that Joshua was we will definatley be using Prcision Overhead door for our future needs. I hope employees like him our compensated well , because i am sure they help attract and maintain customers. Thanks Mark Biondolino

Contacting Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was the best decision I made. My garage door stopped functioning properly yesterday. After troubleshooting I called Precision and they had a service technician here the very next morning. Chris was friendly, competent, and very professional. He diagnosed the issue, replaced parts, ensured it worked properly, and even helped me reprogram my remotes; plus everything was covered under warranty (even after 3+ years). I highly recommend Precision to anyone in the Wilderness Lake Preserve neighborhood, or anywhere else in Florida.

My garage door and opener are 18 years old. Precision gave me next day service as promised, and even called me to arrange service earlier than originally scheduled. Robert Trotter, Precision's technician, called to give me an eta to my house. Upon arrival he introduced himself, asked what needed to be done, then inspected my opener and the garage door and its components. He clearly explained what was going on with everything to me and my wife, and offered different options and prices to get everything back to where it needed to be. We decided to install a new opener with a larger motor, and have some door components replaced. Robert made sure everything to use the opener was programmed for us and answered all our questions before he left. I recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door and/or opener service.

I got my overhead garage door opener replaced today. I am totally satisfied with Precision. Chris was awesome. He explained everything in detail and provided multiple options. No pressure sell though. Though the price seems little bit over the edge initially but looking at the parts, services and warranties came with, it is ultimately reasonable. Chris went above and beyond with his job. Wonderful experience overall. I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends and neighbors.

Is a big company and they are up to date with all the modern equipments and or electronic devices to ensure customer satisfaction. I could not get my garage door to close. After checking to make sure nothing was in the way ,I called. I was given a window of 6 to 10 pm. I heard from the tech a little before 6 and he was there in minutes. Totally professional and super nice He showed me the correct position for the eye and presto it was fixed. He lubed the door for me and said it was under warranty. Thanks to Precision again for coming to my rescue

We chose Precision Overhead Garage Door company because we have done business with them in the past and were very satisfied. They rebuilt the garage door for us at a previously owned residence, and did basically the same thing today at our new home. The technician arrived on time and was obviously very experienced and well-trained. He went over in detail what needed to be done and gave me a list of options to choose from. He completed the job in one day, cleaned up any debris left and gave us a thorough briefing on how to use the door. We are very pleased.
