I recently just had work done on both of my garage doors and Precision was great. My service technician was Michael and he would be the reason I would call back this company. He was patient, nice, professional and did a great job. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and that everything was in working order before he left. When we called for service, we were told a technician would be there between 2 and 6 pm. At 2pm, the technician (Keith) called and let us know he would be there about 3pm. He was there at 3pm. He explained everything, gave me options and a quote for each. He was personable and professional. I am 100% satisfied.

Had a spring break on my garage door on Saturday morning. Remembered that I saw and ad in the Tampa Bay Times several days before. Looked it over and saw the price of spring replacement which was $199 for the pair and no service charge if a repair was done. Called the phone number listed and made an appointment for the next day (Sunday) which was okay with me. (Luckily I had a second vehicle parked outside the garage). The appointment was scheduled to happen between 10am and 2pm. Around 10:15am I was called by service tech Francisco Soto who said he would be at my home within 15 minutes, and he was. After he checked out the busted spring, he said he would do a quick check on the rest of the door to make sure all was well. He explained and pointed out several things that may need attention. He priced everything out and left the decision up to me. (No hard sales pressure which I appreciated). We agreed on what was to be done and he got to it. I watched him work the entire time and he answered any and all questions that were asked of him. After watching him work it was obvious that he knew what he was doing as he quickly dismantled the old spring sections and installed the new ones. Francisco is a very knowledgeable and well mannered young man and an obvious asset to your company. I will not hesitate using your company again when needed. Thank you Precision and thank you Francisco!

As is always the case, our garage door spring broke on a Friday night. I doubted that I would be able to get a company to repair it over the weekend but I called Precision thinking it would be Monday. They were extremely courteous in answering late on a Friday and setup repair service for Saturday late morning. The technician, Doug Naporano, arrived when promised, assessed the damage and also made two other recommendations which were sensible. Doug performed the repairs in a very thorough and unhurried manner and then made certain to have me verify with him that it was working as we desired. I could not have asked for a better service experience. Service was prompt, professional, and fixed the problem. Thank you. Steve Baade

Six o'clock on a Saturday night and the garage door breaks down in the open position. I worried that I would be stuck with it like that at least overnight ... until I connected with Precision. Keith called and was out here at the time he said he would be. He is a very nice, professional young man; and, he made all of the repairs in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Precision to take care of your garage door needs. Definitely 5 stars!!!!!!!
