My experience with Precision was good. They promptly responded to my call and arrived on time. There was more work needed than I anticipated. They fixed the problem and my expectations were met. I had a frayed cable, and one spring didn't look too healthy, and I called Precision last week and the young lady arranged a time for a technician to come to my place yesterday (Monday) to check out what needs to be done. Travis Sanferraro was the Technician that showed up. Travis was very knowledgeable in his experience and took care of replacing two springs and two cables and was very good in checking out the operation of the door closing and opening and made a small adjustment and the door operated like brand new. Travis had a nice personality and we got along just fine. This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Company, and I certainly will call them again.

I can not believe what an amazing company Precision overhead door is. They brought tears to my eyes with the installation of a new open. Zack the installer went over and beon the service call. Many thanks to the owners and him for helping me out at a bad time of my life now. I was overwhelmed with the kindness . That made sure my home was now safe. With having to deal with the lost of my brother and having to be a care taker for my cancer sister in law and having to leave my job they made me feel that there was good person out there during these times. I would and have told everyone I can to only use Precision Overhead door for there garage door needs.

We are repeat customers of Precision. They do a great job, are on time and are very professional. Austin was our tech - we could not have asked for a more informed and hard working person. He quickly figured out what we needed, gave us several options price wise and was very honest in his assessment of what we should do. He proceeded to do a fairly extensive repair in the near 100 degree heat quickly and cleanly. So A+++ for both Precision and Austin

They listened to our needs and made recommendations. Furthermore, they were not pushy, and I did shop around. I felt they offered the best price and quality/value we wanted for our home. I worked with Luke Rose today to install a new motor for a garage door. Starting from the very beginning he called to say he was on the way and arrived at the scheduled appointment time set. He explained what needed to be done, what options I had, and the costs involved. There was no high pressure selling involved or "up selling" The work he did was way above par. His work and knowledge were 100% spot on. Finishing up he tested every component of the new system. He is now my go to guy !

My garage door was not closing. It turns out that the safety eye device at the bottom of the door had been bumped and was out of alignment. The technician advised me to watch it in the future as even a small movement could causeca problem. He then checked out the door electronics. I was not charged a fee for the service and this was a Sunday afternoon.

I picked Precision just like I pick any other service, that is, by word of mouth. I have received service from Precision on two occasions. The first was when a spring broke in 2019. I could not believe that a WONDERFUL technician named of Christian installed a new motor, springs, rollers, track, remotes, etc. on the 4th of July holiday! The next problem occurred on 23-Nov-2021 when my garage door would not go down due to a sensor problem. Within three hours of my telephone call to you, another WONDERFUL technician named Jesse Burns had remedied the problem! I would never consider any company other than Precision for any type of garage door repair !!

10 Stars! We had another wonderful experience with Precision Overhead Garage Doors! Our garage door spring broke around dinner time and we called the next morning at 8 when they opened. Both of our cars were STUCK inside our garage. We were thrilled when they arrived at 9:15am that very morning! Keith was incredibly professional, quick, knowledgeable and courteous. We will highly recommend Precision to all of our family and friends!
