Brian came even before he was scheduled and was very pleasant and very efficient. I was a self employed business man for 35+ years and I would highly recommend this company! My door broke on a Friday evening, i called they scheduled a Saturday appointment. James showed up on time and gave me a courtesy call ahead of arriving. James gave me 3 options to fix my door and was very professional and courteous! The quality of work was excellent! Matt did a fine job fixing our garage door. He explained what needed to be done, gave us three offers on fixing it. We took the five year warranty. He was also a very clean, polite young man that knew what he was doing. Did not have his ear glued to a phone, instead he did his job!

I would give your company and your technician a 5. I had to have a new motor put in. The tech went to purchase a switch for me as the original one was installed properly. Then he spent about an hour installing a new garage door opener. He was very efficient and friendly. I have to say, I had called Banco Doors about a year ago to install a new door opener, and they were not only unfriendly, but they never bothered to come out or call me about installing the door. I am very pleased with your company.

We had a problem with our garage door slightly raised on one side, Precision was working on a neighbors garage, we went and asked if they could look at our door, they did not hesitate to look and told us that the cables at the side were fraying, they suggested that we got the work done very soon, they did not push for them to do the work, we asked for an estimate and decided to ask when they could carry out the work, they called the office and were able to do the work after they had finished at the neighbors. WOW what great service, Carlos and his colleague were absolutely amazing, very personable and so knowledgeable. I strongly would recommend Precision to anyone having issue with their garage doors etc. Thank you Precision!!

After setting an appointment for later in the day, she phone back and said they had a repairman was just finishing a job and could be available within minutes. Matt arrived within 30 minutes.
