From the time Josh Hink arrived until he left, it was entirely a pleasurable experience. He was a perfect gentleman and knew exactly what to do. Being as experienced as he was, he went straight to work and diagnosed my repair issues; i.e., new replacement springs, flange bearings and track wheels. I cannot say enough about the highly experienced and professional job that i received from Precision Garage Door. Please patronize this incredible and fine business!

After reading all the positive reviews I decided to call Precision for my repair. Had new springs, motor and rollers replaced. Can barely hear the door open and close now. Also as senior citizens, we can rely on the WiFi app to insure we remembered to close the door.

tech was good.Nice worker. I do think the price of all my was work was very expensive. I dont think NASCAR pays as much for Springs as I paid for my springs for my garage door? Got a 3/4 horse belt drive system only comes with 1 controller?. had rollers changed, bushing changed.

I had some miscommunication between "Corporate" (I suspect) and the office in Clearwater, FL because I was given prices for what I was requesting to be repaired, and when the final estimate came in from the technician was $1900. Disregarding the add-ons, the price for replacing just the springs was still not anywhere near what I was originally told (by corporate?). The price for just the spring replacement was not what I was interested in and I stated thank you, but no. The tech later gave me a lower price for installing the two springs to be replaced. He said that was as low as he could do, that it was at cost. I then asked about the veteran's discount which corporate said Precision gave and I also stated that I printed out a $15 discount coupon to be used if I did have Precision do the work. Initially, I was told that I couldn't get that because the last lower cost estimate was at cost to the company. Reluctantly, I agreed to the $320 lower price just to get the work done and not have to get other estimates. Craig did the replacement; when I went into the garage after a while the garage door was open and Craig I guessed was in his truck. It was a while before Craig returned and he then stated that he had spoken to his manager and was allowed to offer me an even a lower price from the original $320 (down to $274). Not hesitating, I accepted the reasonable offer and am quite satisfied with the work completed and the workmanship, professionalism, and Craig's profuse apologies for the discrepancies that arose. I told him not to worry about it, that he was just the messenger and doing his job and did it well and timely. Thank you Craig and to the General Manage in the Clearwater, FL office.

It wasn't just your normal day either it was a Sunday and Father's day, so he did go the extra mile. I'm extremely satisfied and HAPPY!! I can’t say enough about the service I received from Precision! Adam was professional and so nice in our time of need! My problem became his problem and made sure we were well taken care of. Best service ever , My technician Jesse Burns arrived early and got right to work . Made his assessment and discussed with me his findings and recommendations. Andy just left a short time ago. I Knew my garage opener was old and I knew I would need a new one, before he even arrived. He called me and was able to come early. He was pleasant and professional. He evaluated the situation and said if he could repair it he would, but said he would be unable to. i already knew this. I mentioned seeing the website and seeing garage door opener advertised and showing it was 1/2 hp for $349 installed. He explained that model and mentioned that it was one he would have to order in, that they do not have those in stock, so I asked him for something comparable. He provided me a quote. i felt it was reasonable. it was an upgrade motor wise, but I know if anything happened to my current garage door, that it could handle a replacement garage door. He was very neat on placement of things and did ask my opinion on the placement of some thing. I greatly appreciated that he respected being in someone else's home and not just running a wire wherever he felt like putting it. The customer is definitely considered. I will plan on doing business with this company and will request Andy for future service.
