I am very pleased with the service that I received on Monday 11-26-18. Christopher Stephens was awesome and very professional. I only have one question. I have an keyless garage door box outside of the garage that I can enter my code in to open the garage door and by replacing g the motor now I cannot use the auto entry. I looked at the paperwork that Christopher left and I did not see instructions on how to reset the password. Was that supposed to e part of my service yesterday ?

5 stars for Precision, they were very flexible with their appointment setting and did what they could to accommodate our working schedule. Chris called prior to arriving which was very nice. He did an excellent job and would highly recommend him and this company. In the end we needed to replace our garage motor and Chris took his time to help us reprogram our cars. Excellent service and above all very polite.

When I made the appointment, we were very please that the girl waived the service fee charge to come out for an estimate due to a coupon she found. They say free estimate but that’s only if you accept the quote and get service done. No service, you pay a fee for them to come out to you. So technically, no free estimate. The tech came to our home right on time. He was friendly and informative. Although he started mentioning repairs we didn't even think we needed, but what do we know about garage doors? He quoted us an estimate way higher than expected, I’m assuming due to the extra repairs. We declined service and thanked him. He told us he needed to collect a service fee. We explained that when I made the appointment, the fee was waved, otherwise I wouldn’t of made the appointment. The tech told us how he collects the fee and the fee wasn’t supposed to be waved and shouldn’t have been waved. I called the company. They got it cleared up and told the tech not to collect the fee. We could tell the tech was annoyed. Not at us, but by the appointment maker. He apologized and explained again how they aren’t supposed to do that. I felt bad but that’s what I was told, therefore I’m not paying. We are going to search other companies. Seems their communication or something isn’t right. The whole visit just felt off which is another reason we declined.

price way to high I only had you repair because I needed my car out. I would not recommend for any other work. bearings were said to be bad but I inspected old bearings after he replaced them nothing wrong with old bearings. price about 75 percent to high, springs price about 50 percent to high. just my opinion

I needed a timely appointment and repair for a client. The dispatcher reached out to a technician to speak with me to ensure Precision could address my needed repairs as most companies weren't able to repair but wanted to convert to a torque spring. Precision was able to make the repairs and scheduled me that day! Chris Stephens was the technician who made the repairs and he did an outstanding job! He called on his way, called with his inspection assessments, made recommendations and made the repairs! He supplied me with the photos and paperwork I needed right away to submit to the client!

Mr. Stephens was very professional, curious and fast. He explained all that was wrong with my old unit and explained how much better and quieter the new unit would be. I have used you before when a spring broke. Chris was on time and was very professional My garage door is very heavy. It is a Miami hurricane door. It 18 feet wide instead of 16 Ft. It was very heavy so we decided to put double springs on it to help lift the door. Chris was great and explained things as he did them. He cleaned up as he worked. I highly recommend Precision Garage door.

Your man Chris did a superior job of replacing the worn-out springs and rollers, including a coating of the garage door to help it work more efficiently. It is so refreshing to encounter a young man who is proud of his job and does it well. He was very patient with this old lady and explained every step of the repair.
