Precision Garage Door has got to be the best choice! Their installers were here early 9 am and had the door installed in less than two hours, explained everything about the three remotes, yes one for your car, one next to the outside of the door and one inside by the inner house door. Three ways and positions to control your door. I was not expecting that. If power goes out door slides up by hand very easy. Has vacation mode and good light. Friendly and courteous. The technician that came out was very polite and knowledgeable. I had a lot of noise noise upon closing my garage door. He took care of the problem and explained what I had to to in the future, which unfortunately the installer did not do. Thank you for the prompt attention to this matter. He also called me to let me know his arrival time which was also appreciated.
