Very happy with the service. Craig was efficient and very knowledgeable. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because on the phone I was quoted $60 to $120 for a broken spring. It ended up costing us $278.00 because we have 2 springs. We should have been asked over the phone how many springs we have because then I would have shopped around to make sure the price was comparable to other companies. Only 1 spring was broken but was told both needed to be replaced by tech.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision. I had used this company before when I had a broken spring, and this was repaired the same day I called and the price was very reasonable. Recently, I had a problem with the remote not communicating properly with the overhead unit, and the technician not only identified that it was related to electrical interference in the community, but then walked up and down the street and was able to find the source of the problem. I highly recommend this company.

Keith Anderson was the technician who replaced my remote keypad for me. He called in advance and was right on time. He gave me a concise quote and had the new keypad with him. Keith not only changed the keypad out but also inspected the door's operation and lubrication. Keith also explained how to change the keycode in the future should I ever need to.
