Door originally installed less than a year ago by Precision so when I called to explain the problem (wouldn't shut all the way and stuck), was very pleased to know they would be out within 2 hours. Mike was on time, fixed the problem and checked everything else out. Very courteous and efficient.

We have never used Precision Door Service before. When we ran into some issues with the door, based on customer reviews and BBB rating we picked your company. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer care. Although the problem turned out to be very minor, it's the overall attitude of the technician and the customer focus that won us over. We will keep Precision in mind when another problem arises or a neighbor/friend has a garage door problem.

Hello. Precision was referred to me by True Builders. I give them a giant 5 star rating. Mr. Mike Wallace was very professional and courteous. He called me and introduced himself and made sure I was going to be available. He was so pleasant on the phone. He told me exactly when he was coming by. When he got here, he introduced hisself again and shook my hand. Then he asked what the problem was. I told him and he immediately got to work.
