I chose Precision to install a weather seal on my garage door and do a basic tune-up because of their great reviews on Angie's List. The tech that came to do the work was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He made sure the weather seal closed any gaps between the bottom of the door and the garage floor. He inspected the door and opener and recommended additional services without pressuring me to decide immediately. Job well done!

Performed a tune up, replaced the door seal and replaced the rollers to the garage door. The door quieted down by 70% and the ugly old sagging was replaced and looks great. Very happy with Ryan and the service provided and would highly recommend you.

This was the first time that I have ever had to use the services of a garage door company for repairs or an install. From the first call to them, they conducted themselves very professionally. They were able to get to me within 24 hours and once on site they evaluated my garage door and gave me several options to resolving the issues that I had. The employee that was on site was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend them in the future and in fact I am a local real estate agent and have them set to go over to one of my sellers tomorrow to repair his garage door.

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT A SERVICE PERSON ARRIVED BEFORE THE TIME THAT I WAS GIVEN TO EXPECT HIM. THANK YOU. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO AND ACTUALLY DID IT. HE ALSO SHOWED ME THE WORN OUT PARTS AND GAVE ME THE OPTIONS OF REPAIRING MY EXISTING GARAGE DOOR OPENER OR INSTALLING A NEW ONE AND THE CHOICES THAT I HAD IF I WANTED TO INSTALL A NEW OPENER. THE NEW OPENER WAS INSTALLED IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANOR. IF I OWED A BUSINESS I WOULD BE VERY HAPPY TO HAVE HIM WORK FOR ME.
