My garage door was making a new noise now and then and jamming a few times, so I called for a service call to check it out. Your Tech came at the appointment time and adjusted my door and now it's like new again. There was no charge for this service, and again thank you!

Very prompt courteous service. I was not familiar with the brand of opener that was installed (Linear) but was assured by the installer that it was a top quality unit. Two small problems I've noticed...very short range using my car remote (my old Liftmaster had a range of over a block). This one is slow even from my driveway. The other small problem was that the installer left screws and bolts all over the garage floor from where he removed the old unit.

The entire process from beginning to end was flawless. After my emergency phone call, Blake showed up 1.5 hours later (exactly when expected), diagnosed the problem, and presented my options with exact estimates. We chose our new machines, and he immediately replaced both. The entire job was done in less than 2 hours, and my husband and I continued on with our day. In addition, he programmed our remotes in our cars!!! Outstanding service!!
