We're very impressed with Precision Overhead Door - I called Precision on Sunday not sure if anyone would answer and to my surprise someone did - the receptionist was polite and professional and told me she would have a service tech call me when he's on the way - 10 minutes later Brent called and within 30 minutes arrived at my house - he diagnosed my 18 year old opener and made recommendations to repair it - I opted to replace it instead and Brent installed a new belt drive opener in about an hour - he was totally professional from start to finish - I can't believe how quiet my new opener is - the motor is virtually silent and you can only here the roller wheels when the door opens and closes - my wife and I are very satisfied and would highly recommend Precision overhead door ... The office staff was very helpful and seem to ask all of the right questions. Within one hour the service technician, Brent Howell, called and told me he was on the way. Upon his arrival he analyzed the situation and presented me with two options complete with prices. After I made my choice he completed the job in a very short time. Tech was Brent Howell I called around 11:00 am with my door problem. I was told that a tech would be there between 11 and 3. Brent called on his way. He observed the situation and gave me three options to fix my door. I chose the 7 year warranty. Brent put in a new tension bar, rollers, and cables. Brent is truly an asset to your company. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and did the work in the time he estimated. I enjoyed watching Brent work as he told me what he was doing in the process.
