Our initial contact was with Brian Harmon, he was very helpful with our decision to replace the broken spring or replace the whole door. We replaced the door. The installers were Andrew Lachance and Tyler Cope, they did an excellent job of installing the new door and took the time to explain the controls and options. The door looks great and works great thanks to all. I will highly recommend Precision Door to anyone needing this work done.

My garage door was not closing. It turns out that the safety eye device at the bottom of the door had been bumped and was out of alignment. The technician advised me to watch it in the future as even a small movement could causeca problem. He then checked out the door electronics. I was not charged a fee for the service and this was a Sunday afternoon.

i am a new resident in Spring Hill and had an issue opening and closing my garage door electronically. I also had a problem that when it did work it was slamming shut. I recently noticed my cables were fraying and I found Precision from a quick online search; I'm very glad I did. They came out the next day and not only replaced the cables but pointed out some other areas that needed attention (new rollers, missing hinges and a sturdy weather strip on the bottom). The technician, Brian, was personable, efficient and very helpful. He explained all the options from the basic cable replacement to the other suggested items. He showed me the various prices first and then completed the repairs in less than 90 minutes. With the new rollers, the door is also a lot quieter, which is a huge bonus. I highly recommend them!

Brian Harmon was my tech and he was super. Altho the issue I had with my unit (burned out circuit board) was not repairable by him due to parts having to come from another company, he diagnosed the problem and fully explained what was wrong and why it happened.
