Made a stupid mistake and tied a rope around the door track to dry a large tarp. I had every intention of removing it before putting the door down; however, I forgot. Rope caused the door to lower uneven and allow cable to come off the reel. Precision came out and had the door operational in about 10 minutes. This is the second or third time I have used them and each time I have been very satisfied. Thumbs up for Precision Garage Door Service!

Had seen Precision service trucks many times at our condominium complex so I assumed it was the company of choice for many off my neighbors. So when one of the springs in our garage door broke I called Precision immediately and scheduled an appointed for the next day. The technician, Christian, arrived on schedule, diagnosed the situation, provided estimates of options and went to work immediately. He completed the necessary repairs expeditiously, within an hour. Excellent service, very satisfied. Fast, well trained, experienced technician inspected door, gave options and estimates for required and recommended repairs. Replaced springs, old cables, and worn bearings, lubed door hinges, adjusted track and re-calibrated opener. Door is at least twenty years old and is now smooth and quiet with 5 year warranty on parts and labor.

Our repairman, was Christian. He explained everything in detail and after finding out that our system was over 20 years old and the springs and motor were now weak, we decided to opt for a complete new Genie garage door opener. To be honest, I thought I was calling the "other" big company. I never had a garage before. My husband said Precision was a big co. So I kept the appointment. Christian Walker was my repair man. My door was backed into. Christian did a bandaid repair and replaced some parts for me to hold me over until I save for a new door. He did a very good job. You don't really notice where the door was hit unless you are looking for it. It should be replaced. He fixed it well. He didn't push any sales on me at all. I inquired about the cost of a few things. I made the right decision.

My daughter used your services in the past year & was very happy with your work & service thus why I called you. I was surprised at getting an appointment the next day seeing as it wasn't an emergency, just afraid the bracket would break all the way & possibly having the door fall on my car. Its hard to pick from the service & products because other than buying a new door which was in good shape, everything else was purchased & rebuilt.
