Frank Soto was "Exceptionally Friendly and Knowledgeable". Price charged was greatly marked - up! Not the tech's fault. Greed can and has come back to hurt businesses in due time. Margin is one thing, but greed and price gouging is another. Had springs, bearings, cables and rollers installed, mark- up was at least 1000 present!

The Technician that came out, Frank Soto was awesome!!!! His customer service was far above and beyond anything I've experienced in a long time! 10 across the boards. Excellent communication - He explained everything very through to me and was concerned more about my safety than trying to do a quick fix. My door was so old. With the lock broken on a fiber glass garage door it only made sense to replace the door, so that's what I'm doing. My dog approved of him as well!

Initial attraction through your reviews. I was impressed not only with the same day service, but the fact that there was no additional charge for being a weekend day, i.e. Sunday. I have two garage doors that were installed when the home was built in 1998 and had not been serviced since. Your technical Francisco Soto, administered an inspection and advised me on the necessary repairs. It was a major overhaul in my opinion, but worth it and necessary. Very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the employees. In all a very positive experience. I recommend Precision Garage Doors for your servicing needs.

We chose Precision based upon the customer reviews we found on Angies List. Our main garage door opener stopped functioning suddenly and was making very loud noises. Frank Soto arrived later the same day to assess the problem. He was able to determine that the old spring on the door was not holding up the door properly causing the motor to have to strain to deal with the weight which eventually caused it to fail. We were offered the option to simply fix the parts that were broken but as the opener was already 12 years old we elected to replace the opener along with new springs, cables etc. for the door. We also had him check out our other door which only gets infrequent use. That door was unbalanced so we had him replace that spring and main bearing as well but elected to keep the current opener for now. We felt very confident that Frank's assessment and plan for our doors was the best option. He was unfailingly courteous and informative.

He explained the working of the new opener to the point that a child could operate the unit. I had a garage door spring break, and before that my garage door was so loud that I did not want to be in the garage when it was opening or closing. When Frank came to my house to replace the spring, he did a total inspection of my door and opener. He showed me rollers that were completely frozen and other parts that were failing. He had all parts on hand to fix everything. Frank was very professional and polite. When he was finished, he showed everything that I need to do as far as maintenance to keep my garage door functioning and quiet. I would definitely recommend them.
