Two of my neighbors have the smoothest, quietest garage doors. After they told me Precision was their provider, I checked out the very impressive website. I was more impressed that I received service the same day by a very qualified, friendly....yet professional technician. Jeffrey P. was on time, determined what I needed and proceeded to complete job in a timely manner. He performed an Above & Beyond job. Love the new motor (along with rollers) which made such a difference in operating performance...and now I have a quiet, smooth operating door! The folks from Precision Garage Door have a solid understanding of what good looks like for their business model. They hit the mark every step of the way from evening access for reporting issues to their phone and email follow up. They were able to schedule a technician to come out the next afternoon. Prior to the appointment, I received a call from the technician alerting me of a short delay so there were no surprises. Great company, Use them for my home and rental property. Fast, great service. The latest visit was for my rental property. I could not be there, but they kept me completely advised as to their arrival and all pertinent information regarding the repair. Fantastic service! My garage door spring broke and I placed the call for service. The service man that came out was great, very professional!!! I bought two garage door openers for my car, however they had two buttons, I would like a garage door openers with one button, not two. I not comfortable with two buttons, I'm older, one button would of been nice. Its a rental property, I don't have two garage doors. Thank you, Peggy Peters

Jeffery made two stops to my home for the same issue. The first time, he tried to make everything work with existing hardware. And it did for a while. However, a few weeks in, we started having the same issue. On his second trip, he replaced defective sensors, lowered them on the rail to where they should have been, and tested the system multiple times before wrapping up. This is some of the most thorough, friendly, and timely service we've experienced since moving to St. Petersburg last two months ago. I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs.

Cable on one side of garage door broke causing door to drop on one side and jam. Service man responded within about an hour on a weekend day. He was friendly and courteous and completed his repairs in about 1-1/2 hours. He replaced the cables and reset the door and it is working well. I am happy with his work and how quickly he responded but I feel that $512.00 was extremely high. I will not use Precision again.
