I purchased a garage door and opener May 2020. Everything worked perfectly until October of this year. Apparently one of my neighbors started using a device that interferes with the operation of my opener remotes; the opener light that should only blink when a remote is activated is on almost all the time. I called Precision. They dispatched a technician (Jason). He had the knowledge and the parts to add a remote receiver that is unaffected by the inference.

Rebecca was an awesome sales person. The technicians were on time and extremely professional. My only issue was the office staff. The technicians had to come back to install 1 small piece on my garage door, they said it would take maybe 10-15 minutes. When the piece came in the office called to set up the appointment and gave me a 4 hour window for the installation, that was ridiculous! Really??? I told her that was not acceptable then she gave me a 1 hour window and a 15-30 minute call ahead. That's what kept me from giving this company a 5!! Outside of her everything else was exceptional!

You salesman that came out sold us on the door opener. Being able to see how the door would look an operate on of his van was amazing. Our old garage door you could hear open an close in the entire house. This new one is so quiet you have to look to make sure it's closed. Awesome!! Your installation tech was also amazing an polite. Precision Door Service of Clearwater just finished installing my new 2 car garage door and opener. I originally called them because I kept seeing the company vans as well as television commercials. They were highly rated by the BBB. From the time Michele Miller came out with samples and we discussed the options through the installers completing the job today, they were all very professional. The door is beautiful and the belt drive opener is extremely quiet. I will definitely recommend them.
