I found Precision on Angie's List when our door spring broke on a Saturday evening. Their ad specifed they provided service on nights and weekends which we needed as my husband's truck was trapped in the garage! I called immediately and was scheduled for the next day. Ben called to let us know when he was on his way and when he arrived, it only took him about an hour to fix the door and also make it quieter. He was very friendly and we appreciated his work ethic. We also like the 3 year warranty provided. We will definitely call again in the future.

Real nice tech actually arrived early. Repaired springs, recommended replacement of additional warn parts, showed me the warn parts no monkey business. No hard sale tactics..
