I enjoyed my experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, beginning with the nice and informative scheduler. My appointment was between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. I received an email confirmation and then a call from the field tech. Blake, my field tech call in advanced to let me know he was 10 mins. out. Blake was courteous and straight forward explaining the repair process. The repairs were performed quickly and professionally. The costs were as estimated. I would recommend Precision to my friends.

Technician was great, he installed a new motor in a timely manner. The price was standard with a lifetime manufacturer warranty. The only downside was the technician did not have a light bulb to put in opener.

Our technician was on time, very polite, knowledgeable and respectful. When discussing options for repair or replacement, he was not pushy or intimidating. His helpful suggestions were very much appreciated and we ended up taking his advice and replacing the garage door opener and installing a second spring. We will certainly call Precision in the future (hopefully it will be a long time from now!!).
