I needed urgently to get my garage door fixed, and surely enough, it was serviced the same day. Doug Naporano was my technician and if I could rate him over 5 stars, I would gladly do it! He's very knowledgeable in was he needed to do, and did in a clean and timely manner. Although I was not expected to paid as much, after everything was done, I realized that it was worth every penny. I will highly recommend Doug to anyone who needs the service. He asked me various times if I had any question or concern and if I was satisfied, what a great guy! By the time he left, I felt we were already family. I commend Precision for having such a fantastic technician. I'm a very happy costumer!

Doug Naporano was my service technician. He arrived at my home 15 minutes early and diagnosed the issue in minutes. He was friendly and very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He made the necessary repairs in about 20 minutes. Precision installed my new garage doors a few months ago and this service call was for a noise that the main door was making. Before he left , he asked me no less than 3 times if I had any questions at all. I'm in the service business myself, and Doug made me a satisfied customer. LLoyd Tanner has also serviced my doors and he was also a great technician. Mr Rapp, you should take pleasure in knowing that your employees really do care about your customers. Precision installed these doors about 8 years ago and they have worked great. This was a normal maintenance and repair due to a worn reinforcement bracket and lack of my lubrication of the wheels and the bracket.
