Very quick response when I called next day appointment. The repair person was on time, professional and courteous. The circuit board inside unit for remotes gave out. Now to decide what to do is use garage opener without remotes or replace the whole unit. And the company waived the service fee. Thank you I recommend the company and will use there services in the future.

We called about broken springs and possibly a new garage door at 10 am and Joshua was able to come before the scheduled appointment and fixed the springs in a heart beat and we got a great price too. When asking him about the door he said it could last a bit longer, no need to exchange it now. Calld Precision at 8:00 AM and a technician (Joshua Battle) arrived at our house around noon. Joshua rapidly diagnosed the proplem with a sticking garage door and recommended replacing the springs and pulley system. We approved thiswork and Joshua completed the job within a couple of hours. He then explained to me what he did and and suggested how to keep the door in good working order.
