Our garage door, opener, and spring system were about 30 years old. The spring broke and the rollers plus some bushing/bearings were showing age. In the past, we had used a different garage door company with limited success so, based on TV advertising, we call Precision. After talking with Precision, we made an appointment for the next day, Kevin, our technician, arrived on time, diagnosed the issues, and gave us several options & price points. We agreed on a middle-priced level. The spring replacements, roller replacements, and additional work took an approx. .5 hours. After completion, everything worked as new. Kevin explained what he did, why he did it, and proper maintenance. For the work done and the parts replaced, the cost was nominal & acceptable. My wife and I are pleased with the competence of our tech, the quality of the parts, and the professionalism of the repair. We have no qualms recommending Precision.

Called Precision Garage Doors last night (8/28/19 as my garage door wouldn't open. Told the receptionist I needed an appointment for the following day which she made for me between 10 and 2. About 12:15 Kevin Cutolo called me and said he would be by in about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem as a spring breakage, which blew the motor on the opener. He also stated the end bearings on the right and left side needed replacing. Asked him to make the repairs. He was very professional in his explanation of the issues to me, he left the job site clean of debris and ensured everything was in correct working condition before he left. I am highly satisfied with this experience

I had an excellent tech, Kevin C. He went out of his way to install a new motor and provided me with options. As excellent as he was, the customer service was absolutely horrible. I have two homes, and we installed this new door as a safety feature since I often come to this house alone and want to drive right in and close the garage door. I'm a 66 year old woman and feel vulnerable being here alone. When my garage door wouldn't close, my entire house was open to whoever wanted to come in. Two different people at customer service continued to tell me I would have to wait until tomorrow. I explained that my house was wide open and that I could not sleep there exposed, nor could I leave the house wide open and go to my other home. They continued to switch me to other people who told me the same thing. Finally I asked to speak with a manager and pointed out that we went with precision because they provide emergency service. She did manage to find someone, Kevin, who came out within the hour. I spent more than an hour, beginning at 1pm and continuing until 1:50 arguing with customer service that I need it done today. I was very disappointed with the people at customer service, but I do give 5 stars to Kevin C. who was extremely efficient and courteous.

We saw your ad on TV July 2 and called the next day to see about repairs to our garage door. At 11 am Kevin was at our home and he was such a knowledgeable and friendly technician. He diagnosed the problems and gave us an estimate. He said it would take him 1-1/2 hours which I thought was impossible but he came through. We are very satisfied and you are lucky to have Kevin on your team.

Kevin did a great job on the installation of the opener. I was not happy with the wall controller that was installed. my old one you were able to lock the system including the controller on the door,, if I had know I would not be able to with this product I most likely look at other openers.

1. Why I chose Precision: Prior customer, as well as Service 24/7 2. Service Performed by Kevin, was truly 5 stars. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Quickly understood my concerns, and after a thorough test and check of both my garage doors (RV Door & Dual Auto door), he walked me trough what was causing my issues, and explained how he would be able to correct the faults. Following my authorization to proceed, he performed the necessary procedures, including replacement of parts; and then thoroughly went through a demonstration of both doors and their performance, asking me if I was able to notice the difference.
