I would recommend Precision!! I called on Friday night and they were out at my house the next day at 11:30am. The technician was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be repaired and replaced. I was very happy with Precision.

Five Stars all the way! We came home from vacation to find our spring was broken, the door was too heaving to lift manually and we had two cars stuck in our garage. At noon we called the number on the sticker from a previous service call four years ago and there was a technician at our house by 6:30. The tech was Wesley Allen and he could not have been nicer or more courteous. He explained the process, provided the cost options and the work was done within an hour. The process could not have done any better.

Wesley was very nice,but I feel that I was over charged. I called for a tune up at 59.95 and ended up paying 249.00. He put new rollers in at 22.00 a piece. He said that they come in packages of ten. That I knew. But, I was not expecting to be charged 220.00 for rollers that you can get for 16.00 to 25.00 dollars for a package of ten. I know that they are not the quality that were in there previously. He was very surprised that I had all of my original paper work from when the door was installed. I will say that the door does run a lot smoother and is not as noisy but,I feel that I was charged 200.00 dollars in labor. That's crazy!!

The work itself was great and I would normally give you a 5 star rating but I didn't feel that Wesley was sympathetic about the fact this cost was surprising and at a very bad time for me and my wife. First my wife was told over the phone that the spring replacement was $120 for both springs but then Wesley said that's just for one. So now we were looking at double that amount but then Wesley put the scare in me that if we don't also replace the cables and drums, the cable could snap and cause injury so now the price went up to $440. Keep in mind, I was at work and talking to Wesley via my wife's cell phone so I couldn't judge the condition of the cables myself and make an informed decision so I told him to go ahead with the full repair. As I was trying to share that this cost was going to put a hardship on me and my wife, he made light of that by saying something like "well I have to work too" I did let Wesley know that was a very insensitive comment.

Friday night, end of the week, ready to relax. CRASH! The garage door goes down. Called Precision and was welcomed by Amy who was friendly, efficient and she got us in for appointment later in the day. Having put off service to my squawking garage door for too long,Wednesday morning found my car trapped in the garage by a broken cable secondary to a broken spring. I hooked a ride to work -- called Precision and asked if someone could come repair the situation on or after 6 PM, Wednesday night. Got that set up and about 7 PM "Wesley" bounded into my messy situation. What a nice guy! And what an assiduous worker. In about 2 hours, he had replaced the entire opening system with top rated equipment. Talk about a hale fellow well met! He isn't just a great mechanic, he also immediately becomes "Your Friend!" My entire garage door opening system, two new remotes and my vehicle garage door opening system were all in PERFECT working order, with the garage door opening so quietly that I thought it wasn't in action.
