I was surprised at how quickly we were able to get serviced, less than 3 hours after I called to request a repair on our garage door. Dallas immediately identified the problem and fixed it in only a few minutes. Then he took extra time to lubricate all moving parts and checked all aspects of the door as well as a second one we have. He was personable and friendly.
