Excellent service. Problem on Saturday night, and up and running by Sunday, early afternoon. Jordan Tompkins replaced the broken torsion springs and cable winding drums in record time. (At least I think so.) Also adjusted my garage door opener to match the new part's specifications. A little bit pricey, but you definitely get the service for which you pay. Dear Precision people, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Last Saturday evening I managed to do a bit of damage to our garage door. Well to tell the truth ... I was just trying to keep the door from smashing into the back of the car and then smashing my husbands head...I don't know exactly how I managed to do it...I'm really sorry...it all happened sooooo fast!!!! We called Precsision and the next morning Jordan came out and fixed it like it never happened...WOW your commercials on TV are TRUE!!! Jordan had everything on the van to fix the door and in about an hour it was like new. He replaced some parts and fixed things up...we live in a 55 plus community...we know about parts that could use replacing and others needing to be fixed up...wish it were that easy to do it on us Seniors!!! Jordan did a thorough evaluation of the garage door and we determine other than the broken springs, the door needed new rollers and bearings. The job was done in a timely manner and the job site was left clean. Jordan explained in detailed what he was doing during the installation of the part. I have a mechanical background so I know if something did not sound right but he was very professional straightforward and did not try to up sell service. After all the facts were presented, I notified my boss (my wife) of the repairs needed and she gave me her blessing to continue with the repair. Happy wife, happy life. Excellent Service!! Called Saturday @8a, appt was 10-2p, they called in route and arrived @1030. Offered 3 levels of resolve, all fair and customary. Completed the work in about 45minutes. Called for repair for broken spring, but so much was wrong with our garage door. Everything was old, worn, and original to the house (20 years). We had more things done to the door than I am able to check off here. Jordan was our technician and he was excellent! First, he was polite and professional and gave us several options. When I started asking about fixing and replacing other things he was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured but had a lot of confidence in Jordan and his recommendations for us. I loved that he already had all of the supplies (with choices) that we needed and wanted. Did I mention that this all took place on Super Bowl Sunday?! Jordan did such an outstanding job and we could not be happier with the total outcome!! By the way, our garage door opener and rollers used to be so noisy that the neighbors probably hated every early morning that we were leaving. It is whisper quiet now and running like a dream. It's the little (big) things in life that make it better! Thank you to Jordan (give this guy a bonus) and Precision!! Highly recommend.
