Robert is a Training Manager. He is from the mid-west and has been a Florida resident since 2013. He has 18 yrs. of experience in the garage door industry. He is a veteran of the armed forces and is a member of the Masonic lodge of free and accepted masons. He likes to kayak and do almost anything beach related. Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children. He is involved with his son's AAU basketball team and still plays himself when time permits.

I must say I was thrilled when Robert showed up the technician from Precision because I initially had them install a new garage door motor working the past 2 years it was a LiftMaster - and Precision also replaced my spring and they had to replace a garage door opener switch for the now third time! Although it was past the warranty period - they realized that it was a faulty part I give Precision a big kudos for doing the right thing- Robert replaced it at no charge. Excellent customer service!!!! Now that’s what I’m talking about!

I'm a first time customer, I choose Precision because I saw numerous TV commercials in the past several month. The previous company I used several years ago did not do right by us. They installed a cheaper door spring which created a bigger problem for the motor. The service guys who came out Jesse and Bob are amazing, fast, clean work, and friendly. Who took the time to listen to my many questions. Bob took the time to explain the issues with the door, motor, rollers, cable, and barrings. He broken down three options of cost to get the work done. Making the decision was easy with low to zero pressure from the guys. Once installed Jesse took the time to explain and show me how the new system worked. Huge thank you Jesse and Bob.

Good afternoon.... Just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how incredibly please I am with the garage door repair service I got yesterday (12/11/19) at my home at 239 Sundance Trail, Wimauma. The technicians were great, professional and just did a fantastic job. The garage door is old and on a barn and it had been out of commission for quite awhile, but they got back in good shape and even leveled it so that is closed without any gap at the bottom. I really knew I made the right decision to call Precision after Alejandro determined my spring was worn out. Watching that huge door drop like a ton of rocks when he pulled the cord to disengage the opener shocked me. Someone could have been killed and at the very least the door would have been damaged terribly. He and Bob put the new spring and other parts (rollers, drums, sensors, cables) in quickly and I got to work on time. And when he went to replace the battery in the outdoor keypad at my request and inadvertently broke a wire, he and Bob replaced my keypad free of charge! Thanks Precision!

All I needed was to have the opener repaired. The technician (who was a very pleasant fellow) came up with a price of just under $1,200.00 because he felt there was other items I needed, but I did not want them. So, I told him I was not going to do any repairs. Then he decided he could replace the "mother board" for $200 plus labor and I still said no. I paid the $49.95 service call and went online and found the "mother board" for $63.00 from the factory! Nice try, but no cigar.

The conversation started a little negative and shaky...demeanor of tech was not the most positive. But, after assessing the problem with the garage door everything change miraculously. My door was serviced 8-9 months previously and the tech did NOT make me aware of ALL the issues. So, to make it right the company turned on the warranty clause and fixed all past problems for "free" saving me over $1100 dollars, while fixing the new problem at a very fair price. I don't think or believe another garage company would do this. Kudo's to the management and the techs did an awesome job. I feel secure in knowing the work/service is under a 5 year warranty!!!
