The technician was great and did a good job with explaining what happened and what he did and how to take care of my torsion springs. When Tom arrived to our home on a Saturday after 8pm, my husband and I thought for certain that he would take one look at our disaster that was our garage door ad tell us he'd have to come back the next day or worse on Monday. Tom worked that evening until the job was totally done. His work speaks for itself - Excellent! He most definitely represents your company well. Tom was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. At our request he provided us with a brochure explaining which garage doors would be best and why - very helpful.
