Don S. was contacted immediately after our offices received his comment card. Don informed our offices that he is completely satisfied with his door's performance since our previous visit. Apparently, his door is running smooth and quiet as promised by our technician. He was not sure what was causing the noise, but it has since left! Don was reminded that we offer a warranty on all of our services and if he ever has any concerns with his door he shouldn't hesitate to call us. We have live representatives available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we would love to help in any way we can. Thanks Don!!

My opener was 1 year old - I wanted a better one that was quiet? I paid $600 for nothing - new one just as loud :(
Once Tommy's comment card was received, he was immediately contacted by our office representatives to set up a follow up visit with a technician. Our company stands behind our work 100% and if there is any dissatisfaction whatsoever with our service, we want to make it right! Since Tommy's follow up visit, he has received a new motor system to replace the old one that just wasn't functioning as it should have been and was certainly nowhere near what Tommy's expectations were. The new system, we are happy to report, is running perfectly and Tommy is extremely satisfied. He did mention that he was sending in a new comment card reflecting his latest experience with our company which will be entered in immediately once it is received.
