Carlos was patient and answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. We appreciated his recommendations to make sure our garage door opener provides many years of service. From Mary, who was so gracious and fun making the appointment to today’s service call (including giving me an update on time of arrival) everything was smooth. I can’t say enough about Luca! I called this morning at 8:30 because I was having issues with my garage door closing. The scheduler was very polite and offered several windows of time that worked my schedule. Lucas arrived ahead of schedule and called to see if that was okay. He listened to the problem, diagnosed the issue and promptly went to work. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Quickly worked to fix the problem and when he was finished asked if there was anything I needed. Overall I great experience and I highly recommend Precision and Lucas!!
