I have used Precision for my garage doors in the past and found their technicians always professional, neat clean and courteous. There was an issue with our large RV garage door on our home that was installed when our home was built and the company used by the builder installed a residential garage door when a commercial door and all hardware should have been utilized. The techs made every effort to correct the issue but it appears that it may indeed need to be replaced with a commercial door. Precision has been very reasonable to apply the money spent to try to correct the door but are willing to install a new correct door and apply our recent costs to repair. Precision takes care of their customers as so many companies have been lax in doing so. If the occasion should arise please consider utilizing their services. Don

We had the opportunity to use this company at our former home in Madeira Beach . They were terrific then and l knew if I called them today they would be most reliable and do a great job. Luca was on time, communicated the issues needed to be resolved clearly and efficiently completed the job. Prior to carrying out the work, he clearly defined what parts and costs associated as well as some of the options we had. We are very satisfied with the interaction from beginning to end including the ease of making an appointment online and how quickly they were able to come tot he house (next day). All very easy and professional. Highly recommend Luca and Precision.

I called this morning at 8:30 because I was having issues with my garage door closing. The scheduler was very polite and offered several windows of time that worked my schedule. Lucas arrived ahead of schedule and called to see if that was okay. He listened to the problem, diagnosed the issue and promptly went to work. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Quickly worked to fix the problem and when he was finished asked if there was anything I needed. Overall I great experience and I highly recommend Precision and Lucas!!
