The young man that came to my "rescue" was very knowledgeable and found the problem with my door right away. He was very courteous, kind, and helpful. I asked for a quote to do the work he said needed to be done and he provided it. After a few changes and modifications to the quote, we agreed on a price for the work to be done and he scheduled it. The scheduled date fits my timeline perfectly.

Our technician, Lewis Price provided great service! He called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was knowledgeable about our garage door model. He priced the replacement springs and bearings fairly. He was customer friendly and willing to answer my questions. He performed the service in a reasonable amount of time.
