On Christmas Day, my garage door opener cable broke. The next day December 26th, called Precision Garage Doors and was shocked to learn I could get a service appointment within 4 hours on the same day. Within two hours the service technician (Dylan) arrived and diagnosed my problem. Within 45 minutes a new belt drive was installed and my garage door opener was working as good as new! Dylan was very professional and did a great job!! Should my needs arise again, I would certainly not hesitate to use Precision Garage Doors in the future.

We chose Precision Overhead Garage door as we had done business with them previously at our home we sold recently. Dylan was awesome. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous and friendly. He assessed the situation with our garage door (would not open) and provided us with three (3) options for repair/replacement. We discussed our options and chose the one that most fit our requirements. Dylan performed the job in a timely, successful manner. We definitely would recommend Precision Garage Door.

My garage door needed one tension cable either replaced or rewound. Technician was excellent and was on site a little less than an hour. The service call was $189.95 -expensive but not unreasonable. I was then charged $ 255.00 for two 7 foot cables that retail for around $25.00.-- This is not only unreasonable but needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau to warn consumers. To add insult to the situation they added another $20 for fuel for the service vehicle. I'm sure this won't show up on their web site but at least I gave it a try.

Great service. They came out same day as my call. They should me the problem with the day and provided repair options. The technician was also very professional.
