I chose Precision based on commercials. The spring broke right on the weekend and I scheduled appointment on Monday. John was very professional during his visit: he came on scheduled time, made some questions about the issue and took inspection of the garage door. After that, he provided estimate, made some suggestions and offer some other options how to improve the door condition. Everything was done in timely manner, no issues at all. I recommend this service and John.

Called and they came out the same day. Actually in just a few hours from my call. They were well groomed, polite, through and gave me options on what all the door required to prevent problems in the future. They were not a hard sale type and I felt I could trust them in what they were telling me. I made my choices and they began work. I had a broken spring on a double door and a few hinge problems. Baylor was friendly and professional and did a through job inspecting our garage door which was grinding when opening and closing and identified the components that had aged (probably original ones from 1996 when the building was built) and then replaced the springs, cables and rollers to solve the problem and give us a garage door in "new" condition.

When our garage doors stopped functioning I needed to find a reliable company to take a look. And of course, this happened the night before the start of the Labor Day holiday weekend. Although these doors are on our house, they are very tall commercial grade doors which require more expertise to repair. Very impressed with the responsiveness; professionalism of the customer service and repair teams; details of the various options available depending on my objectives; the repair itself; and the follow-up after the job was complete. Because we plan on this being our "forever home", we opted to replace the motors and majority of moving parts as opposed to patching. Doors work wonderfully and the cost was reasonable. I needed a garage door spring replaced. The tech was professional and inspected both doors and complete systems. He made several suggestions including I need to replace one of my openers. I oked him fixing $700 of issues on both doors. After he told me I needed to replace my opener because the shaft was loose and would soon fail. He indicated it could fail within the next week. I ordered a new opener from Lowes and installed it myself. When I took the old opener down I noticed the shaft was not loose. Upon closer inspection I found what I believe to be normal wear and tear. Nothing worse that my other opener. Now I wonder how much of that $700 I needed.

We chose Precision because another contractor and friend highly recommended one of the technicians, John Tsangarinos stating that he was an expert in his field. Mr. Tsangarinos did not disappoint us. John was my technician who came to the house today. luckily I got him again. he has been out to my house 3 previous times to help myself as well as my neighbor. he is a wonderfu,l polite and professional. Today John have no assistant named Josh H who was equally polite, wonderful and professional. I will always request Jon as well as Josh to do any repairs should I need any in the future. My only complaint is that Angie's list has been purchased by Home Advisors and I don't like the way they do business.

He inspected the door and identified a few issues I was not aware of; he pointed them out explained in detail what the problem was as well as which items were absolutely necessary and which might be optional, i.e. prevent future failures. 2 men showed up in the time frame agreed and did the work in 1 hr. My request was not easy to explain but they understood and the result was very pleasing. My garage door was so loud it was very annoying and they fixed it quickly. It was costly, $790 but very effective. I would hire them again.
