The day after Christmas our garage door wouldn’t open, perfect timing, right? I called Precision after hearing great things from neighbors, and as someone who works in the franchise industry and knows Precision’s parent company, Neighborly, very well, I knew I was calling the right company. From booking the appointment to dispatch communication, everything was seamless. Stephan was outstanding, professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, why it mattered, and fixed the issue quickly and cleanly….and my dog loved him. I never felt rushed or upsold, just well taken care of.
