I was calling for help because the 199 M.P.H. door Precision door failed the Pasco County inspection twice. The inspector was upset because three sets of permits do not match installation. I have a brand new garage door that all of a sudden would not open or close. Called for service. Girl told me someone would be out between 6pm to 9pm. Then I got a phone call that because I was a warranty customer they couldn't come til the next morning. Why should a warranty person be decriminated against? Every morning I watch your ads that say same day service. I spent over 2,000 for my door. A screw with a bolt was found on garage floor. The tech said it had not been tightened during installation. Also your tag that was on my door, with your phone number , was too small to read the prefix. The tech gave me a new sticker on my elec. Box. He also showed me locks I could use if I pulled the door down with the red tag, to secure my door.

The Precision Team was great from from sales to installation. The install techs arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and and did a great job on the install. The door is beautiful and we already got many compliments on how beautiful it looks. It is not always easy to work with contractors and companies in this day and age but the Precision team was really great from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone if you are thinking about a new garage door!

Jason, my repair technician was running late due to a longer than expected earlier appointment. He very apologetically notified me and kept me updated on when he would come by. Once here Jason made the proper adjustments needed to our garage door. Great service all the way around.

I purchased a garage door and opener May 2020. Everything worked perfectly until October of this year. Apparently one of my neighbors started using a device that interferes with the operation of my opener remotes; the opener light that should only blink when a remote is activated is on almost all the time. I called Precision. They dispatched a technician (Jason). He had the knowledge and the parts to add a remote receiver that is unaffected by the inference.

Rebecca was an awesome sales person. The technicians were on time and extremely professional. My only issue was the office staff. The technicians had to come back to install 1 small piece on my garage door, they said it would take maybe 10-15 minutes. When the piece came in the office called to set up the appointment and gave me a 4 hour window for the installation, that was ridiculous! Really??? I told her that was not acceptable then she gave me a 1 hour window and a 15-30 minute call ahead. That's what kept me from giving this company a 5!! Outside of her everything else was exceptional!

You salesman that came out sold us on the door opener. Being able to see how the door would look an operate on of his van was amazing. Our old garage door you could hear open an close in the entire house. This new one is so quiet you have to look to make sure it's closed. Awesome!! Your installation tech was also amazing an polite.
