Customer service representative that I spoke to on the phone was very professional and got me an appointment for the same day. Within an hour the technician Cheney arrived and fixed the springs on our garage door. All work performed was great. I would have rated a 5 but my spring that was replaced was just over a year old and quite honestly I wasn’t really happy with that. Especially for what they cost. I would have thought that the spring would have lasted longer. But, either way we decided to go with two springs and got the 5 year warranty. Hopefully they will make it longer than that. Thanks for having great employees who really take care of their customers. Both the people I dealt with today were amazing. They both are 5 star rating in my book. But your springs need to impress me before I’ll give the product a 5 star review.

Cheyney installed a new belt drive opener for us and did an outstanding job and was very customer service oriented. This is the only company we ever use for garage door servicing because of the great job they always do!!
