I had a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door, thanks to their representative Sammy. He installed two garage door openers for me and did an outstanding job from start to finish. Sammy was right on time, extremely clean and organized, and very courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, answered all our questions, and made sure we were completely comfortable with how everything worked before he left. It’s rare to find someone so professional, helpful, and respectful of your home. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially Sammy for any garage door needs!

I called on 11/20/2025 the representative on the phone was helpful and scheduled a technician to come out the same day. The technician arrived on time his name is Sammy Rafraf. Sammy was professional, polite and clearly explained 2 options to fix my door. Sammy who went above and beyond to help me get a affordable price. Excellent customer service all around. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Sam was absolutely amazing! Got scheduled service same day without any issues. This was huge deal for us as my garage wouldn't close leaving our house unsucure. Definitely won't use anyone else for any garage door needs. Had parts on the truck so everything repaired same day.

Wow, if you need any type of work done on your Garage door , give them a call I called them in the morning and they were out in the afternoon! Talk about great service ! I called them about a small part on the door to be fix ! No job too small. While the tech was here I had Him do a complete check ! It’s been a while , he check everything ! Fix a few things that needed taking care of, before he even started the job , he told me what it would cost! The tech’s name was Sammy, very nice , very friendly and very knowledgeable at what he does! He told me how long it would take to do the job and he got it done in that time frame! From when I first called them and to the end , everyone should get 5 stars for a job well done ! This company is an easy 5 stars ! Once again Thank you !! 2/3/26
