Rebecca the salesperson was very nice, answered any questions we had. Vlad our installer did a great job, taking off the old garage door and installing the new one, including new garage door opener and new Torsion spring system. He quickly solved any problems he came across. Vlad took the time to make sure everything was perfect and we knew how everything worked.

Precision was fine with my garage door replacement, but was too rigid in their approach. I only needed the actual door replaced, the tracks and other parts were fine. Supply/install of just the door would also have been muck quicker for Precision and cheaper for me. Precision unfortunately would only do the job if they could replace everything. Dear Jim Rapp, Oh, my heavens, I can't thank The Lord and your company enough for the miraculous gift of a functioning garage door!!! I called up last week, as I was "trapped inside my garage", meaning I couldn't open the antique door, with ONE ARM, as my left arm was in excruciating pain!! I had a Dr.'s appointment the next day to get this shoulder/arm thing further evaluated! I couldn't miss that appointment, so I called your company and Rebecca came out. One thing led to another and as I am "low-income", retired and on disability, I was blessed and gifted a brand new, white, working garage door so I can easily get in and out of the garage!! My family, (who is not yet Christian, ; D ) were shocked. They don't know the teachings of the Bible like we do! ; D ! I think this act of benevolence further inspired my 35-year-old son, who decided to bless me with a DISHWASHER yesterday! It is very hard to wash dishes with one arm!! What a lovely 62nd Birthday I have had! (I turned 62 on July 10th) THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! God Bless you, your family and ALL your employees, a special thanks to Rebecca, too!!! This company is a great company to do business with. They showed up on time and when they were asked to be flexible because of an emergency they had no problem doing it. The installer was efficient and took extra time to explain things to us. The price was fair too. We highly recommend this company
