We had two garage door motors installed 6 months ago. We were happy with the installation and professionalism from the technician. Unfortunately, one of our sensors broke off, so we needed it to be repaired. They came out the next day and repaired the damaged sensor. The technician was happy to be in and out to fix the problem. Icing on the cake was that it was all covered by the warranty! Thank you for an easy install and repair experience.

The problem...the garage door wouldn't stay down... This happened 3 times in the last month. I called on Saturday and Chris came out today, Monday. Chris was very professional. Notice that the a piece of the door might have been getting in view of the eye. He moved the eye and assured me that if the door still had the problem they would be back to trouble shot.
