The entire job was done well. Since I requested insulation as well as hurricane protection. The job took all day to complete. More so after I had to add a new genie towards the end which took even more time. Cole explained everything as he worked and answered all the questions I had(which were many). Since I didn’t get any other estimates, it is hard for me to say if price was reasonable or not. I am very happy with the door and all the work that was done. What I liked even more was that when I called with a concern, they arranged for Cole to come back and take care of the issue. That was taken care of immediately and I’m as happy as can be. I will definitely, without a doubt, recommend precision to my friends and neighbors. Thank you

Chris showed up in the time window and was very professional. He went over the options in a clear and concise manner. I chose to get the new garage door opener with a battery back-up. He had the needed supplies and went to work. He programmed everything, went over the needed instructions, and cleaned up after himself. I give Chris and Precision a 10+. I used them before and that's why I used them again. Have not been disappointed.

Precision installed my garage door years ago and have repaired and upgraded it as needed. Today they responded right away (same day) when the door did not go up and down as it should. Technician Chris diagnosed the problem, made suggestions for repair and upgrades to prevent future problems. Much appreciated. He could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

The problem...the garage door wouldn't stay down... This happened 3 times in the last month. I called on Saturday and Chris came out today, Monday. Chris was very professional. Notice that the a piece of the door might have been getting in view of the eye. He moved the eye and assured me that if the door still had the problem they would be back to trouble shot.

We had two garage door motors installed 6 months ago. We were happy with the installation and professionalism from the technician. Unfortunately, one of our sensors broke off, so we needed it to be repaired. They came out the next day and repaired the damaged sensor. The technician was happy to be in and out to fix the problem. Icing on the cake was that it was all covered by the warranty! Thank you for an easy install and repair experience.
