On 7/25/2025, I had two Liftmaster 98022 wall mount garage door openers installed, I also had both garage doors rebuilt. On 9/21/2025 one of the doors malfunctioned . On 9/22/2025 Luke Rose came to repair it. He spent several hours, and went over the intire door, found a problem from the original install 15 years ago. Now the door works very well and very quiet. All at no charge. This man is a credit to the company. THANK YOU LUKE!!

Technician Mike was extremely professional, on time and very knowledgeable! Needed to replace the battery in my door opener. He also performed a full inspection of the entire door opening assembly and associated parts. In and out in less than 20 minutes, definitely will use Precision in the future!

This is the second time I have had a precision tech out, first to replace the garage door over 6 years ago, and second to as to repair the door. Like the last tech, this one was just as polite and professional. He walked me through the process and helped prioritize what needed to bed fixed and what can wait.
