My garage door and motor were very old. My son told me to get estimates to replace them. So I did. I heard about precision doors so I was familiar with there work. I got 3 estimates. They were in the middle. I went with Precision! I was extremely happy with all the people I had phone contacts with to the gentleman who measures for the door to the technicians that actually installed it. The garage door was what I expected and so was the motor . The techs were extremely nice and efficient. They explained the maintenance of the door. How to use the remote. Answered questions I had to my satisfaction I would recommend them to my family and friends.

A representative came to replace my sensors on the day I called to schedule an appointment. He was very courteous and professional. My sensors on the garage door were no longer working so he replaced them and the garage door opened and shut normally again. Quick response and repair. I would recommend Precision!

Everyone we dealt with from the representative who came out to assess the job and the two gentlemen that did the actual instillation were professional and pleasant. I really appreciated that every called to confirm the appointment times and gave an ETA. Especially liked that they showed up as planned.
