I called Precision because of reviews I read and the BBB rating. I had a scheduled window this afternoon but because of a cancellation, they called to see if they could come earlier. Jackson was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He diagnosed our issues for 3 garage door openers ( that were 22 years old) and gave us several options and pricing. He was able to make the repairs today and then gave us a tutorial on how our new system works. I was tired of hitting the wall switch, then running under the closing door while high stepping over the sensors. I am very pleased, and would recommend this company highly.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision Garage Door Service. They were able to get a repair person out to my house the same day I was having issues and he was able to complete the repairs on the spot. My garage door was stuck open, I called today August 13th, 2025. And they immediately arranged for someone to come out. Jackson was so kind courteous & professional. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door repair or service. I was able to schedule the appointment on line and the technician was here on a Sunday.
