No service was performed. I contacted your company was because you were the ones that installed my current garage door opener. I had purchased this opener myself at Home Depot it was a very good quality garage door opener. It suddenly stopped working. The technician that came out seemed like a very nice person but the equivalent troubleshooting he did for my opener was the same thing I did before I called. I did not have a good feeling when I was quoted a price of “around” $1500 to have a new garage door opener installed. When I said I did not expect to pay that much for a replacement opener he asked “what were you thinking and I said no more than $500 for sure “ he told me to hold on while he went and checked for any “promotions that would get me a better price. He came back with a contractor special of $749. I said that’s ok thanks for coming out. I asked is there any way that he could figure out what was wrong with my existing opener he told me no but I could call the company to see if there was anything they could do for me if it was still under warranty (it was only 2 years . old). Your company is in the business of upselling and ripping people off. I should have known this when I was charged $2900 to replace a spring and install an opener I had purchased myself 2 years ago. I will never call your company nor recommend your company to anyone. The rating of 1 star is a generous one.

What a great response time to have our garage door serviced. They would have serviced the door on the same day. Our service tech, John Duff explained what our options were and gave us a detailed estimate. All the equipment was installed perfectly and he provided clear instructions for the opener, battery backup, keypad, etc. Excellent install! Thank you!

Precision Door has replaced our motor and did a great job. Not only that, they came back a year later when the motion sensor for the light was staying on and they fixed that without charging me. The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will only call them if I need any repairs with my garage doors.

After the hurricane and loss of power, I realized that my door wasn't able to stay up by itself. John came and adjusted it and explained how to re-attach it, in the future, when power is restored. Just a really informative and friendly young man who made understanding the operation of the door simple and easy to operate.

The spring broke on my garage door and my car was trapped inside! Precision responded writhing 4 hours, and fixed the door by adding a new spring and a few other identified issues. I’d recommend them anytime!
