I was very pleased with the work that Jesus Dimasse performed to seal our garage door with new weather stripping. The Florida sun is brutal and after 7 years, it needed to be replaced. You installed our door 7 years ago and it is still in great shape, we will use you again when the time comes. Jesus was very professional and did a great job!! I also appreciated that he came out the same day I called for service!! Great start to 2026!!

Jesus Dimasse came to perform warranty work on my garage door opener. In short the guy communicated when he would arrive, explained everything clearly, and was a true professional. The appointment was efficient from start to finish. Our repairman, Jesus Dimasse, call right before coming and arrived timely. This is a big deal to me because I have to leave work to meet repairmen all the time and when they are not there when they say they will,....I am not happy about that. Additionally, Jesus, explained everything that was going on with our opener, explained our options, went over the cost of fix options, and then did the job. He even programmed all of our openers. Before he left, he went over the invoice, explained the warranty, and we were done! Thank you for a great job Jesus Dimasse!

When my remote suddenly stopped working and did not work even after new batteries, I learned that I did not have a key for the vault to manually operate my garage door. Prompt and on time! Very professional and customer oriented representative. Issue was clearly defined as a paint situation, which causes panels to stick together during extended closed periods with garage doors facing in a north easterly direction; and when opened the first time after this extended period, the panels pull apart during initial opening, and create a loud "bang" noise! Not an issue (other than the initial noise) that may cause further concern. Precision truly has well trained staff, not just for workmanship, but more importantly, extremely customer friendly, and patient! Thank you,
